HELP WITH TROGAN virus?

i have a trogan virus and it keeps messing up my computer (my other one) theres alot of pop ups and i need the cheapest if possible free anti virus for it or spyware it has alot of my parents buisness stuff on it so please help me out and point out some step threws if its complicated thxs a bunch!!
