Downloading the latest Flash player is the only way out.. Millions of ppl r using it and u can download it from adobe.com, the software creator, so its pretty safe

You can safely go to http://www.adobe.com/ and download and install the latest FlashPlayer.
The older versions weren't safe, but this one should be.
