Please help me. Easy question?

I really need computer protection. My computer is in safe mode so it can't do much. I seriously need a thing that is COMPLETELY FREE. No free scan but to clean, you must pay. Please no grisoft product. I have tried it and I'm not happy. Please give me links to FREE places that has anti-virus, spyware protection, and internet protection. Please. Please no nothing is free cuz I really need help.Thanks!
