If you have a yahoo id you can download the yahoo toolbar with anti spy and it will sweep your computer for spyware and will remove it. it is free. you have to be logged in and it will be on your home page. If you dont see it go to yahoo's search box and enter "yahoo toolbar with antispy"

you can get microsoft anti spyware which is free also if you have yahoo toolbar there's an anti spyware program. both are free. good luck.
