I used McAfee Security center to scan my computer and everytime i scan it nothing gets detected...?

Currently I am having this pop up called "system doctor" being shown on my computer mostly everytime. I know that system doctor is very bad! But how can I remove it!

I used this program XoftspySE and I scanned it. Alot of malicious spyware got detected. But then I clicked remove it said I had to purchase it before i could remove everything. Except I cant purchase it because I dont have the money.

Is there another software or online scanning that is really SAFE and actually works and will be able to detect the spyware well and also removes "system doctor" for free??

You might try this website. http://www.ewido.net/en/ They have a free online scanner for spyware etc. and we often use them when nothing else works. You can scan your PC for free as often as you like.

If you are using an online scanner be sure it鈥檚 from a reputable source. You don鈥檛 want to make the problem worse.

Use add and remove programs to remove that program.
